These terms concern CityCab’s services presented on this site. The business rules and payment, waiting and cancellation arrangements must still be approved before contractual use.
Private hire transport requires advance booking. An enquiry received, a price proposed, a booking confirmed and payment received are separate statuses. The final version must explain how each is communicated. Pick-up times are stated in French local time, Europe/Paris.
Applicable rates, included services, supplements, VAT treatment and any deposit remain to be formalised. The summary and final action must clearly state any payment commitment. Terms cannot be inferred from an old example fare or the mere presence of a payment provider’s logo.
The operator must define cancellation deadlines, any charges, flight or train delays, passenger no-shows and refunds. The fourteen-day withdrawal right applicable to some distance sales does not apply to passenger transport services. This draft does not establish a commercial cancellation policy.
The final rules must specify vehicle capacity, permitted luggage, child seats, pets and programme changes. Special requests require appropriate confirmation. The complaints contact and competent consumer mediator must also be supplied before publication.
